About
A boutique strategic advisory firm where ownership, the company and the tax administration meet.
SABHA Consulting Group is a strategic advisory firm working where ownership, the company and the tax administration meet. We help shareholders and senior management identify material risks, decide with better information, strengthen the company's tax position and lead its defence when tax risk materialises.
A firm conceived to anticipate
SABHA was founded in 2001 with the decision not to be simply an accounting office or a law firm. Its natural evolution has been to build a firm able to protect the owner's perspective, control tax risk preventively and conduct the defence before SUNAT strategically.
Mission. To protect the value that shareholders and companies build, anticipating risks, strengthening decisions and technically conducting the tax and business matters that can affect their wealth or business.
Vision. To be the reference boutique firm for shareholders and companies looking for first-rate technical quality, direct partner attention and integrated solutions in ownership, tax control and defence.
The quality of a large firm. The closeness of a boutique. SABHA does not compete on size: it competes on quality of judgement, technical depth, real seniority and the ability to tailor the response to the client.
Why we exist
Many companies have plenty of information but not necessarily control. Shareholders receive reports, management runs the business, accounting keeps the books and advisers handle specific matters. What can be missing is a senior, independent voice that connects the risks, questions the explanations, demands evidence and brings the important issues to a decision before it is too late.
Time is part of the risk: the later a problem is identified, the fewer options remain.
What we are and what we are not
We are a senior, independent layer of judgement, control and direction. We are not a parallel management team, a processor of SUNAT requests or a promise of results.
Our partners' experience in the tax administration and in private business lets us understand how a contingency is built and how to address it technically. We do not sell contacts. We offer institutional experience, technical judgement and the ability to lead a case.
A three-layer model
Protect early. Prepare better. Defend in time.
Ownership. Shareholder Advisory protects the owner's perspective and wealth.
The company. Tax Control continuously strengthens the tax position and its evidence.
Audit. SUNAT Audit Assistance leads the defence before the assessment. An audit is the acid test of the preventive strategy.
What the client really buys
Not hours or documents: senior capacity, independent judgement and strategic direction. That means seeing the problem coming and avoiding surprises, institutional memory —never paying twice for the same mistake— and evidentiary discipline, with the company ready to be audited.
How we work
Materiality first. We prioritise what can affect decisions, wealth or exposure.
Evidence before assertion. An explanation without evidence is not a settled position.
One story. Facts, contracts, accounting, taxes and defence must tell the same story.
Controversy by design. If an issue can end up in court, the file is prepared today.
No surprises. A material issue must never reach shareholders or senior management late.
The decision is the client's. SABHA recommends; business decisions belong to those who make them.
